The talented and charismatic vocalist is a South Florida Native, born and raised in West Palm Beach. She has\u00a0been performing live since 2009, both as a solo act and with local bands. She began\u00a0singing in school at just 6 years old before graduating to bigger stages like the National Anthem at Minor and Major League baseball games in her home town. She was soon sought after for\u00a0festivals,\u00a0events, Chili Cookoffs, restaurants, clubs, and over 30 venues across South Florida. At the age of 16, Shay Marie traveled to Tennessee to sing on the Nashville Circuit. \u201cIt was the most incredible feeling,\u00a0but it was downstairs on the main stage of the World Famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge where I found myself. I realized that I was right where I wanted to be.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shay Marie recently returned\u00a0from Nashville after recording her first single<\/a> \u201cIt Ain\u2019t Pretty,\u201d written by prominent Nashville songwriters Eric Paslay and Nicolle Galyon. \u201cThe first time this song was pitched to me, I knew I had to record it. I fell in love instantly. I was at a very vulnerable time in my life, so I wanted my first single to be real and raw.
